Priority shipping shortens carrier transit but does not skip production time. Your available method and final shipping charge are shown before payment at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States. We’ll email tracking information when your order ships; please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to activate.
Changes and cancellations
Email info@heirloomandhonor.com within 12 hours if you need to correct an address, finish, size, or personalization. Because orders are made to order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after production begins.
Returns and our 60-day guarantee
Eligible non-personalized items in unworn, original condition may be returned within 60 days. Personalized pieces cannot be restocked, but we will replace or refund an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an error made by us.
