We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to info@heirloomandhonor.com within 60 days. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping required.

 

PERSONALIZED & ENGRAVED ITEMS

Engraved and name-personalized pieces are made uniquely for you, so they can't be restocked. We replace or refund them free if they arrive damaged, defective, or with an engraving error on our end. Please double-check spelling at checkout — errors in submitted personalization can't be refunded, but we'll always offer a discounted remake.

 

EVERYTHING ELSE

Changed your mind? Non-personalized items in unworn, original condition can be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Email us for return instructions.

 

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
