Every Heirloom & Honor piece is made to order and prepared for gifting.
Delivery estimate
Please plan on 7–11 business days from purchase to delivery for standard U.S. orders. This is our complete order-to-door estimate and includes production and carrier transit time.
Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Standard carrier transit generally takes an additional 2–6 business days after production. Priority shipping shortens carrier transit but does not skip production time.

- Standard U.S. shipping: $5.99
- Free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $65 or more
- Priority shipping, when available: $11.99
Your available methods and final shipping charge are shown before payment at checkout.
Tracking
We’ll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to activate tracking.
Date-sensitive gifts
For birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and other fixed dates, order early and use the 7–11 business-day estimate above. Carrier delays outside our control can occasionally occur.
Address changes
Need to correct an address? Email info@heirloomandhonor.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once production begins, an order may no longer be rerouted.
